It’s fleeing evil in all its forms, giving little or no space to temptations. Lucidity then becomes a weapon of kindness and detachment, allowing us to view life with love, free of judgment.
It’s accessing the higher plane of our soul, no longer focusing on life’s pitfalls, but on the infinite potentials that existence offers us. For it is by truly choosing ourselves, by affirming our desire for spiritual growth, that we respond to the call of the divine.
It’s offering our successes and transcended pains as precious gifts and asking for the best not only for ourselves, but also for others, for all of humanity.
It’s humbly forgiving our weaknesses and learning to sincerely forgive our enemies, who, often unaware, wound without measuring the consequences of their actions. For the purity of the heart is never fully achieved once and for all; it is always to be conquered.
